Alex was quick to come out and evaluate the condition of my fence gates. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to start within a couple weeks. His team did a great job removing the existing fence posts, clearing out some overgrown bushes, and then installing new posts, fencing and gates.

We needed a black iron fence installed quickly and they provided a schedule weeks earlier than other companies and were comparable in price. They also stand by their work. Almost 2 years after installation, one gate post had settled. They came out and adjusted the gate for no charge.

I needed a fence installed very quickly after another installer no showed on installation day. I contacted many companies, and Alex called me back first thing the next morning. He was able to come out later that afternoon to give me an estimate which was comparable with many of the quotes that I previously received. He stated that he had some time at the end of the week and could get started on it by Friday. His crew showed up and did an outstanding job. The posts were set on that Friday and the rest of the fence was installed the next day. From initial contact to completed job was less than one week! His crew was friendly and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend.

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were in desperate need of a fence after having our fifth child and needing to contain the other little rascals in the backyard without having to worry about them wandering off when playing. During his most peak season he squeezed us in to his schedule with a turn around that was Half of what all the other competitors were telling us. I reached out to Eads originally and the Rep took over a week and a half to call me back about a quote. Alex with Redwood Fence got back to me the same day with pricing after coming out to look at my yard. Their work is very good quality, in fact better than I expected. I am telling all of my friends and family about Redwood.

I cannot speak highly enough about Alex and Redwood Fence. My family and I had just made a cross country move and our new house needed a fence to contain our 2 dogs. Many of the companies I called never even called me back or couldn't come out until after Thanksgiving - not feasible when one of our dogs is a 115lb lab that NEEDS to be able to go outside off leash. Alex and his team deserve 10 stars! They recently completed a Kentucky 3-Board fence for us at our new home. It is gorgeous! We had used Redwood Fence of Cincinnati several years ago to install a vinyl fence at our prior residence, which turned out great. Alex is a man of integrity. He does what he says he will do. His price is very fair and better than any other quotes we received the first time we chose them. We didn't even bother to get quotes for the new fence because we trust Alex so much. They fenced our entire backyard, installed two gates and left nothing behind but the beautiful fencing! We highly recommend!!

10-2-2019, Excellent Service and Installed fencing! They desire 5 Star rating. Once I contacted them they contacted me back within a day. They made an appointment with me, they were on-time for appointment and I got a quote within a couple days. There were emails back and forth and they were answered promptly. We have an old fence that needed re-fencing with new wire, couple posts needed replaced, needed new gates and have coyote problems in back of yard. They came out and rewired (taking up old), secured my backyard with modern fencing and new gates. They came out with do-able fencing solutions to keep my animals safe from coyotes. Excellent repairs, Excellent Customer Service!!! Thank you Alex and Team for keeping your word and doing a quality job, I will use this company again (at my next house) and highly recommend this company. Fairfield Twp.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Alex called when he said he would call. He showed up when he said he would. I had many estimates, he was the only company who didn't require a 50% deposit just to get on the waiting list! He asked for the deposit the day before he started the job. Interesting, my funds were held accidentally and my deposit check bounced. He still came back the next day and finished the job even though my deposit check bounced. True professionalism, and my fence is beautiful! He said it would take 4-5 days, he finished in 3. Highly recommend.

Akex and his team are Professionals!! They installed two five foot gates. Were able to thread the fence through our mature trees without damage. The Redwood Fence is the best fence for looks and durability. I highly recommend them!!!

Alex and Co. did an amazing job fencing our yard. It wasn't an easy job - differing slopes and grades, and I was particular - but they did absolutely fantastic work.
